At Gabriel and St Fort, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product, and once we receive it in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or any items marked as "final sale."

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Shipping Costs

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs for returned items, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you received free shipping on your order and decide to return the item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item, and once we receive it, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of shipping.
